How it works
- We email you a confirmation link. Open it and confirm the request.
- After you confirm, your account is deleted after a 7-day grace period. You can cancel any time during those 7 days using the link in our email.
- You get an email when the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your parent account
- Child profiles
- Family and cast characters
- Generated stories, including scripts and audio
- Saved presets
- Safety preferences
What we keep
- Payment and transaction records are kept for 8 years, as tax and accounting law requires. They don't include your stories or your children's data.
- Backups that contain your data expire within 30 days of deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in the Play Store under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or you may keep being charged.
Never made an account?
If you only used Pipli Stories as a guest, your data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it. There's nothing for us to delete.
